Captain America actor, Chris Evans(46) exchanged vows with Warrior Nun actress Alba Baptista(26) at a private estate in Cape Cod, Massachusetts on Saturday. The wedding was attended by the bride and groom’s family and some Evans Avengers Co-stars.
The couple kept a well secret about the wedding until the ceremony. The new couple are set to exchange vows again but this time in Portugal. The couple decided to hold a second celebration as Alba Baptista’s family members were unable to attend the wedding held at the actor’s home in Massachusets.
Sources close to the couple revealed that “There is going to be a second gathering in Portugal for members of Alba’s family who couldn’t be in Massachusetts,” and added, “Sometime this week, I believe. Then they’ll depart from Portugal for their honeymoon.”
Their initial wedding was closely guarded and the attendees were required to sign NDAs and surrender their mobile phones. The notable guests were several of Captain America’s co-stars including Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett Johansson, and Chris Hemsworth along with celebrities like Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, Bryan Greenberg, and Jamie Chung gracing the occasion.
Chris Evans and Alba Baptista dated for two years starting from 2022 although their relationship remained under wraps. A source close to the couple revealed that it was love at first night and when Evans expressed his desire to settle down and start a family was overjoyed. The couple’s decision to marry made their friends and family extremely happy.
