Brie Larson’s The Marvels…
Marvel Studio’s most anticipated film, The Marvels, is all set to hit theaters this November with more entertainment and action. Marvel Entertainment has released a new The Marvels teaser.
The Marvels is the 33rd film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and follows the events of Ms. Marvel. In the film, Danvers, Rambeau, and Kamala team up after they begin swapping places with each other every time they use their powers. It stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, and Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan. The Marvels is the first film to feature not just all female leads but a female villain as well. Director Nia Da costa,33 is the youngest filmmaker to helm an MCU franchise film.
“The Marvels” is this fall’s most anticipated film, at least according to over 2,000 moviegoers polled by Fandango. This could mean great news for Marvel Studios after concerns of superhero fatigue from director Nia Da Costa and the box office failure of projects like “Ant-Man 3.” This might have gone down differently if projects like “Dune 2” weren’t delayed, but that disappointing news might have been good for the MCU. We’ll have to see how it ultimately performs and if Marvel Studios gets another win.
The Marvels is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios, and Motion Pictures is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 10, 2023, as part of Phase Five of the MCU.
