New Netflix Bridgerton Season 3 Sneak Peek

The third season of the viewership-record-breaking Regency romance, Bridgerton, which was an immediate pandemic hit after its initial debut on Netflix in 2020, is set to hit the screen in all its diamond-studded, feather-strewn glory. In the new clip, we see Kate and Anthony — whose love story was the focus of last season — share a sweet moment on the dance floor of a ball.

And this time, it’s steamier than ever, with Lady Whistledown (played by Nicola Coughlan) herself doing more than commenting on the drama. The sneak peak opens at a ball with the youngest Bridgerton sister, ready to make her debut in society, asking the Viscount for a “moment” to herself as she exits the dance floor.

Anthony agrees with Francesca and takes a moment for himself as well…. to go speak to the lovely Kate (once his enemy, now his life partner). Kate just finished conversing with his Mother, widower Violet Bridgerton, when the two lovebirds break away for a dance. They sway across the floor, stopping only to share a kiss as season 3 protagonist, Penelope Featherington, watches their love story unfold in admiration from the outside.

Anthony and Kate’s marital life

Netflix just dropped a sneak peek at some of the main characters in the third season of Bridgerton. The scene opens with Hannah Dodd’s Francesca advising Anthony that she needs a moment alone. The viscount and his beautiful wife, Kate, start dancing as Penelope, clad in a verdant gown, watches on. As they dance in a ballroom with other couples, Anthony and Kate mimic the steps of a waltz.

New Netflix Bridgerton Season 3 Sneak Peek

In the latest footage, we get a better look at Francesca’s third-season debut. Due to the emphasis on the elder children, the sixth-eldest Bridgerton sibling did not have a significant role in seasons 1 and 2. Ruby Stokes appeared in five episodes during seasons one and two as Francesca.
Season 3 is going to feature Francesca more prominently, but Stokes had to leave for the now-cancelled Lockwood & Co., so Dodd stepped in. New footage suggests, however, that the married couple will keep helping out the Bridgerton once the new season starts. Season 3 of the hit romance series drops on Netflix in two parts on May 16 and June 13.
