Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has a massive fan following that eagerly awaits news of his upcoming projects. Recently, rumours have been buzzing with speculation about a potential collaboration between Salman and director Atlee. Fans were thrilled at the anticipation of Salman teaming up with Atlee for a new project.
Salman – Atlee Film?
Fans even speculated about the genre, storyline, and whether it would feature Salman in his iconic Chulbul Pandey avatar. Arbaaz Khan has put an end to the swirling speculations regarding his brother Salman Khan’s collaboration with director Atlee for an upcoming film.
Arbaaz Khan has come forward to dispel these rumours, stating unequivocally, “It’s just a rumour that Salman, Atlee, and I have met. I’ve never met Atlee in my life. I’ve never seen him, forget meeting him.” He emphasized how not to trust any source other than official statements from the makers.
“Until you hear from the horse’s mouth, you shouldn’t believe (the rumours) too much,” he asserted. This clarification from Arbaaz has provided much-needed clarity amid the flurry of speculation surrounding the potential collaboration.
Dabanng 4 On Cards!
Arbaaz Khan also confirmed that Dabangg 4 is indeed in the works. Fans can rejoice as Salman is eager to reprise his role as the beloved inspector Chulbul Pandey. However, Arbaaz hinted that the project would kick off when the timing was right. Both Salman and Arbaaz are currently busy with their individual commitments.
Bollywood’s ‘Sultan’ will soon be beginning work on his film with AR Murugadoss. The actioner is set to hit screens on Eid 2025. Arbaaz, meanwhile, is gearing up for the release of his latest production venture ‘Patna Shukla’. The film features Raveena Tandon and internet sensation Anushka Kaushik as the lead. It will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on March 29.
Atlee, the talented filmmaker from the South Indian film industry, made his Bollywood debut with the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan in 2023, making him one of the most demanding directors in India. The director is currently under pre-production work for his next with Allu Arjun.
