Anil Kapoor, one of the generation’s fittest actors, is frequently praised by the public for his young appearance at the age of 66. When he exercised in below-freezing temperatures, the actor once more stunned the crowd. The “Parinda” actor recently shared videos of himself using an oxygen mask to exercise while the temperature was minus 110 degrees Celsius. Anil is presently working on his upcoming movie, “Fighter,” which also stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Akshay Oberoi. Anil is doing everything in his power to ensure that the actors in the movie are as physically fit as possible because the movie is an action movie.
Anil Kapoor is seen in the video receiving cryotherapy. In an enclosed space with incomprehensible temperatures, he may be seen exercising shirtless. While jumping and jogging in the second video, the actor also gave the thumbs-up signal. He added the hashtag “fightermodeon” and stated in the caption, “Naughty at 40 ka time gaya…its time to be Sexy at 60.”
