Sankranti season for cine-goers in southern India is a double festival. With many actors wanting to release their films for Sankranti, four major films are doing a talk in the town as they fired on January 12.
With Guntur Kaaram vs HanuMan at the Tollywood box office, Captain Miller and Ayalaan have faced off at the theatres in Kollywood. This will be the first-ever box office clash for Pongal among biggies. However, both these films postponed their Telugu releases due to busy Telugu releases.
With each film having come up with a different genre, on the first day, each of them is running at their pace with a huge fan following. While Guntur Kaaram got mixed reviews, HanuMan is standing with a positive response among the fans.
