Akhil Akkineni is currently busy working on a prestigious project titled Agent, under the direction of Surender Reddy. The film’s shoot is progressing at a brisk pace. Meanwhile, there are reports about Akhil teaming up with director Venu Sriram. Interestingly, the makers are considering, Thammudu as the title of the film.
Venu Sriram who was supposed to work with Allu Arjun has changed his plans. Venu penned a family drama that will feature a star heroine along with Akhil Akkineni. Both will be seen as siblings in the film.
Thammudu is the title of a super hit film starring Pawan Kalyan. Now, the same title is in consideration for this project. The makers are busy with the script work and most likely, the film will be announced soon.
Dil Raju is said to be bankrolling the film. More details of the film will be out soon.
