Raid is a film that captivated audiences with its gripping narrative. The actor is returning to the IRS officer Amay Patnaik role in Raid 2. Hearing the announcement, fans are quite excited for the film to be released on the big screens.
The makers talked about the project and stated that the sequel will again narrate a true case from their books celebrating the unsung heroes of the Income Tax Department. Shooting for the movie will begin today(January 6) and will be shot extensively in Mumbai, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Raid 2 is also directed by first instalment director Rajkumar Gupta featuring Ajay Devgn, and is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar. The film is slated to release on November 15.
