Now the latest news about this movie is that Farhana’s digital rights are sold for a whopping amount to the OTT platform Sony LIV. The same has been declared even during the opening credits of the movie. It is also heard that the film would be available in OTT right from June.
The movie plot revolves around a woman who joins a call center job to support her middle-class family. The call center entertains the fantasies of its customers, who are primarily men. How does Farhana’s life turn upside down when her family gets to know this forms the crux? The movie received positive reviews from critics as an inventive thriller and a thought-provoking entertainer. The movie was released on the 12th of May and is running decently in theatres.
