Akhil Akkineni’s latest movie Agent is gearing up for release. If everything goes well, the movie will hit the silver screens on the 12th of August. As it is exactly a month later, the movie team started their promotional works. The producer of the movie announced that the teaser of Agent will be out on the 15th of this month. Already, the poster of Akhil walking in the rain with a rifle in his hand, and the physique Akhil built for playing the Agent role have brought a lot of hype to the film. Now, Akkineni fans are saying that they can’t wait for the teaser. The film is shot with a heavy budget considering Akhil’s market. If the reports are to be believed, Surender Reddy is acting as a co-producer for the film and is said to have invested his own money including the remuneration on the project.
The director, after the average run of Sye Raa, is looking to prove himself through Agent. While Akhil’s market might just be around Rs 20 to 30 Crores, the agent has a budget of Rs 60 Crores, they say. The film was shot extensively in exotic locations all over the world. It’s interesting to note that the flick will be releasing a total of five languages including Telugu. Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi languages will see the film’s release. Akhil is hoping to cement his place in the industry with his first blockbuster through Agent. While Sakshi Vaidya is the female lead, Mammootty is essaying a key role in this action entertainer.
