Jyothika an excellent actress made the audience go Gaga behind her in her soft era. Jyothika debuted through Doli Sajaka Rakhna which was a commercial failure. Jyothika later in various films Mugavaree, Dumm Dumm Dumm, and Snegithiye in Tamil, her Telugu films were blockbusters since her debut film Tagore alongside Megastar Chiranjeevi, she also appeared in Mass alongside Nagarjuna, Shock alongside Ravi Teja were few commendable films of hers in Telugu. Jyothika was ahead of her time since the beginning of her career unlike other actresses she was a Pan-Indian actress who worked in almost all the industries ranging from Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada. A few of her top films in Malayalam were Rakklippattu and Seetha Kalyanam.
Jyothika debuted in the year 1994 and was active in the industry till 2009, this is also regarded as her soft era, she later got married to Suriya one of the top actors in the Tamil Industry, and happened to take a break in 2015. The limelight never left Jyothika because of her determination and urge to project good content. She soon made a comeback through 36 Vayadhinile.
Jyothika has been appearing only in the South Industry lately, she is reported to make a comeback in Bollywood soon, alongside R. Madhavan and Ajay Devgan.
