Adipurush is an upcoming mythological film based on the Sanskrit epic Ramayana which Om Raut directs. The film stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh in the lead roles. the teaser of the film was released last year which got a lot of backlash from the audience because of its cartoonish VFXs and Prabahs looks.
The film has released a few posters, out of which two of the posters disappointed the fans and an FIR was also filed on the recent poster because of the costume and nature of Ramcharitmanas mentioned in the Hindu scripture. It was told that it hurt Hindu sentiments.
The team released a lyrical motion poster with a song named Jai Shree Ram, one-minute audio. It received a lot of appreciation from the fans, which gave goosebumps. This is the first-ever update from this film that received many positive reviews without any backlash. The poster of Prabhas was also released which was liked by everyone. The movie is all set to hit the theatres on 16th June 2023.
