Aamir Khan got the shock of his life with the failure of Lal Singh Chaddha. As it is the remake of one of Hollywood’s best classics Forrest Gump, the star was very sure of the success of the film. But, the film’s result is completely in contrast to his expectations. His past statements and PK movie are brought to the foreground by the netizens and called for a boycott of LSC. No other movie in recent times received hatred as LSC got. In a rare instance, Aamir’s performance too was lambasted by the critics. Earlier, his movies like A Secret Superstar and Thugs of Hindustan were flops as well. As this miserable record continued with LSC too, Aamir is said to have taken a strong decision.
If the reports of B-Town are to be believed, Aamir will be taking a long break from the movies. Even Shahrukh Khan too followed the same strategy as his films were going flat at the box office. Since 2018, King Khan didn’t commit a single full-length movie which gave him some time to decide on how to approach his future films. Aamir is said to be walking in a similar way. Reports say that the Lagaan star is heartbroken by the result of Lal Singh Chadhha and decided to drop the films he has already agreed to do. He is planning to make a comeback with a proper script which will put his career back on track. Well, we have to wait and see in how many years will Aamir make a comeback.
