We are all in this together, feeling worried is justifiable, but constant feelings of sadness need to be treated, and that can be possible only by being there for yourself. One needs to understand that they are not the flaw; they are humans and not robots who must try their best to feel alright constantly. To end this cycle of being left in your thoughts is through being good to yourself; you don’t have to visit a Michelle restaurant to feel better, (Of course, if you can afford it, now don’t stress if you can’t). Read a book of your choice and sleep for a while.

Some individuals who find it hard to express and understand their feelings often find peace by listening to music, finding that doable activity that makes you feel at ease and if you don’t feel Ok yet, it is Ok Not To Be Ok before you strike back.
