Waiting for someone we know for 10-15 minutes can sometimes feel like an eternity, then what would it be like for an army officer’s wife? Who not just waits back at home for her beloved but also has to get a hold of her eternal longing.
The Soul of Satya features Sai Dharam Tej and Swathi Reddy, which the portrays eternal longing of a soldier’s wife. Apart from the wait it also puts forth a situation where the audience can witness the woman going through a crucial moment in the couple’s life when her partner is not around. The song is a shout-out to every other woman who dreams of a small family and simple life. As the crew and cast come together for an interview they reveal how the song happened, and what is it that inspired them and brought them together for a phenomenal idea to come into existence.
Naveen Vijay Krishna the director of the video suggested, “It was the idea of Harshit, the producer of the film, and as he kept pitching the idea to me twice and desired to make a musical video that fascinated me to work on it as it was for good cause. He mentioned that we are making a video based on a soldier’s wife’s point of view, then Tej came on board and insisted he would do it as he liked the concept. A few others were added to the team gradually and then we hired good technicians and the best crew members for the project and that is how it all happened.”
