Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor is among the established and highest-paid actresses in the Hindi Film Industry. The actress recently made her OTT debut with Jaane Jaan, which heaped praises from the audience for her performance.
In a recent interview, the actress talked about the actresses from her time. She praised Tabu and Rani Mukerji for their performances in their recent OTT films Khufiya and Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. She commented that they are the most talented actors in the Indian industry.
When asked about the age factor, she talked about them and replied, “Rani is absolutely cinematic in every which way. Whatever role she plays, she just transforms on the screen. You cannot take your eyes off her. Tabu is one of the finest actors in the film industry. For them, no one’s thinking of age. They’re entertaining the audience. We’re here to entertain. How does age matter?”
She further added, “All these actors are doing better than even, sorry, but even the younger lot. We’re all raring to go.” comparing the talent they have, concluding that age is just a number and why female actors are asked about it when male actors are doing very well given any age.
