Very recently, the re-release trend has picked up in the Tollywood film industry. With the films like Pokiri, Okkadu, Gharana Mogudu, 3, Jalsa, and Thammudu garnering great attention during the re-release, the makers of Chenna Kesava Reddy are now gearing up for a grand release. On the occasion of the same, the makers held a press meet recently.
During the press meet, it is revealed that Chenna Kesava Reddy director VV Vinayak will soon helm a project, worth 500 Cr rupees. Pen Studios which is currently bankrolling his next project (the official remake of Chatrapathi) decided to offer him the huge biggie after getting satisfied with his work.
On the other hand, going by the current trend, everyone is curious to see whether Chenna Kesava Reddy surpasses the re-release record set by Jalsa. Directed by VV Vinayak, Chenna Kesava Reddy features Shriya and Tabu as the female leads. Mani Sharma composed the music for it.
