The film Helmer of Salaar reacts to the criticism it got

In the recent interview with Prashant Neel, he revealed and talked about so many things. While conversing, he also reacted to the criticism the recently released movie gained.

Prashanth Neel made his Telugu debut as a director with the movie Salaar: part 1-ceasefire. The film stars Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles. It was released on December 22nd, facing clashes with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki.

Despite its success and positive reviews, the film also received criticism from the audience. They found the relationships in the movie to be too complex and difficult to understand.

To those comments, the director said, “This was just the first three hours of a six-hour movie that I have come up with, and I wouldn’t put one single character there which didn’t make sense for the entire story. That’s something when Salaar 2 comes out, that’ll make a lot of sense.”

He added that as a director, he did what he had to do for the sake of the narrative. The director mentioned that he came across the criticism circulating through his family and friends. Even though he didn’t read any of the criticism personally, he said he would accept the feedback and keep it in mind for the upcoming films.
