Other titans of the industry who have achieved success, such as Rihanna and Jay-Z, have made their fortunes in part through fashion labels, alcohol corporations, or entertainment holdings, among other interests.
Along with her extensive songwriting history, Swift organized the first billion-dollar tour ever. The ongoing Eras Tour has supported businesses and delighted fans around the world.

Swift, 34, also owns a large real estate portfolio, including houses in New York, Beverly Hills, Nashville, and a beachfront property in Rhode Island.
The singer broke numerous milestones over the last year, including winning a fourth Grammy for Best Album, the most by any singer.
She drew constant attention throughout 2023, culminating in Time Magazine naming her Person of the Year, describing her as a “rare person who is both the writer and hero of her own story.”
In just a few weeks, fans can expect a brand-new album: Swift is due to release The Tortured Poets Department on April 19.
Swift’s dating life fueled the fervor last year, when the pop culture sensation began a highly public romantic engagement with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who went on to win the Super Bowl.
This season, Chiefs games featuring Swift in a private box broke a number of ratings records. It was yet another example of her tremendous influence: with hundreds of millions of social media followers and a devoted fan following, she can shift any dial with the smallest of movements.
