The Walter Veerayya Boss Lady Shruthi Haasan takes a dig at the injustice an Indian Student has been facing lately. Jaahnavi Kandula is a 23-year-old master’s student at Northeastern University’s Seattle Campus.
The student was hit by a police officer’s vehicle on January 23, 2023, and passed away right at the spot. The Police Officer Kevin Dave happened to drive at 74mph which is indicated, to be driving overspeed.
The case was then handed over to designated officer Daniel Auderer. The officer has been investigating the case for a while now and recently mentioned all the above details in a video posted online. Shruti called the officer a s*um as he was seen being sarcastic about a person’s death.
