Kushi, a classic romantic film about the blossoming love story between an army officer (Vijay Devarkonda) and a Kashmiri girl (Samantha Ruth Prabhu) is said to be released in September 2023. The team was recently seen in a pooja video, post wrapping the final schedule of their shoot. Now, the movie’s lead pair were photographed on Thursday night heading out of the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
The actress wore a classic ensemble of jeans, a white tee, a black jacket and a black baseball hat while her co-star wore a baggy warm toned shirt and pants, keeping it comfy. With the two actors returning back home and Kushi wrapped, it was previously said that Samantha would be taking a 6 month hiatus from the cinema space to focus on her health.
With Citadel India already shot for and now Kushi wrapped, the actress has not signed any upcoming projects, leading to these speculations. It was earlier rumored that the ‘Shaakuntalam’ actress would be flying to America soon to seek further treatment for her autoimmune condition , Myositis, for which she is already taking on a great deal of medication. However, on the contrary, her manager recently came fourth, saying that no such break is on the card for the actress anytime soon, in which case, we can’t wait to see what her upcoming project will be.
