Bachchan family is one of the heads of B Town and the women in Bachchan family are incredible than men. Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Nanda have been very active on social media and have been doing a podcast show titled ‘What the hell Navya’.

In the recent episode of the podcast What The Hell Navya, Jaya Bachchan, along with her granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda and daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda, was seen discussing why she chose to avoid social media.

Jaya Bachchan expressed her take on Anxiety issues, Jaya Bachchan believes the fact that this generation kids need validation in social media, which is unnecessary. She also feels like the addiction of social media is also the major reason for Gen Z anxiety which made people stop living in the moment and started making them live in an illusion that social media created.

When Navya questioned whether life was less stressful before the internet, Jaya ji stated that it was indeed the case. Despite Navya’s assertion that she doesn’t feel stressed and believes they handle it well, Jaya countered, emphasizing that the truth remains unchanged. She further stated, “We never heard of an anxiety attack in childhood. Let alone in our childhood, we never heard it in our midlife also.”
