The most anticipated sequel of the year is Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan directed by Shankar Shanmugam. Recently, Makers have completed their major schedules in South Africa. Even the works and shoot for the movie are aced up to start post-production works soon.
According to speculations, Makers are thinking to release the movie as a summer treat for the audience. The film is being produced on a huge scale and is planning to release in Pan India just like Bharateeyudu, which became a blockbuster in 1996.
Interestingly, makers have two dates in mind to release the movie. Releasing theatrically in April next year is confirmed but are in dilemma to release whether on April 11 or April 26th is pending. Buzz is that makers are indecisive to confirm one of these two dates and the date will soon be fixed anyways.
The most anticipated Indian 2, Kamal is said to be looking powerful in the movie. Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead while Rakul Preet Singh will be seen playing a crucial role. Actors Siddharth, Kalidas jayaram, Vadivelu are also seen in supporting roles. The movie is jointly produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies.
