The latest speculations about the film are that Made In Heaven actress Sobhita Dhulipala will play a main role. Alia Bhatt began following her on Instagram a few days ago, and a post on X, which was later deleted, also suggested that the actress joined the project.
Alia, who shared pictures of her on the sets of Jigra, tells the audience about having a lot of night shoots for the movie. Sobhita Dhulipala coming on board for this film helmed by Vasan Bala can be great news for the fans of both actresses, but there is no official confirmation from the makers yet.
Jigra is directed by Vasan Bala. The makers kept the plot details and cast under wraps until today. This is Alia’s second venture under her banner, Eternal Sunshine Productions. The film is slated to release on September 27, 2024.
