Crew Box Office Collections Sees A Fall On Monday

Crew didn’t disappoint on its fourth day of release at the box office. After a solid opening weekend, the Tabu, Kareena Kapoor and Kriti Sanon-starrer comedy-heist film faced the crucial Monday test and established that it has found acceptance which will help it sail through the coming weeks. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Crew netted Rs 4.50 cr on day 4.

Considering the same, the total Box Office collection of the Rajesh Krishnan directorial stands at Rs 37.10 crore. While the film witnessed a fall in the domestic collection, it remains to be seen how the film has fared at the worldwide box office. For the uninitiated, Crew collected Rs 21.40 crore (gross) on day three at the global box office. After three days of its theatrical run, the film’s total overseas collection is Rs 62.53 crore (gross).

The film is holding well even internationally. Till the weekend, The film had clocked $2.8 Million (Rs 23 crore) taking its worldwide opening weekend gross to Rs 62 cr. With Monday collections, the number is likely to cross Rs 70 cr. The film was strategically released on a holiday weekend, coinciding with Good Friday, giving it an extended weekend for earnings.

Crew OTT Release

Meanwhile, Movie will head for a digital release after its theatrical run. The film will drop on Netflix once it concludes its cinematic run. However, the makers have not announced the OTT release date of the movie yet. Before you watch it on the streaming platform, you can witness the story of Rajesh Krishnan’s film on the big screen.

Plot

Three flight attendants, Geeta Sethi (Tabu), Jasmine Rana (Kareena Kapoor Khan), and Divya Bajwa (Kriti Sanon), are drawn to the nexus because they believe it would help them escape their current financial situation. The three don’t realize how much problems their unlawful actions will cost them; this is what they fail to foresee. Will they be able to recover from this catastrophe?

Directed by Rajesh A. Krishnan, film has been produced by Balaji Telefilms and Anil Kapoor Film & Communications Network. It was released in theatres on March 29, 2024.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon play the role of three friends who work as cabin crew. Diljit Dosanjh, Kapil Sharma, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Saswata Chatterjee, and Rajesh Sharma are also seen in pivotal roles.
