Sumbul Touqueer Khan recently graced an interview where the actress spoke about her work, personal life, and the support she received from her father growing up.
The actress is currently playing the leading lady’s part in Sony’s serial Kavya. A character that is driven to bring about a change and is ambitious. Upon being asked if she related to her character Kavya. The actress suggested she did connect with her character as her character is very determined and so is she. The actress further took to state, ” When I initially wanted to become an actress I didn’t come up with choices that if this doesn’t work then I will opt something else, I believe one shouldn’t have a backup plan for me it is like you have to live here, die here and this is where you belong.”.
The actress also stated, ” The question that Kavya put across is that if a man succeeds then people say a woman is behind his success but when a woman succeeds that is not the case. I heard it many times, apparently, my father supported me all my life.”, the actress suggested it is difficult for a father to raise two girls but he always believed that his daughters would reach a great position and that was possible because of his support and belief.
