Queen Elizabeth’s Death Anniversary
Princess of Wales Kate Middleton, alongside Prince of Whales William, honored the Queen’s death anniversary and placed a bouquet of white flowers at a portrait of Queen Elizabeth at Pembrokeshire church. The royal couple travelled to Wales for a service honoring Queen Elizabeth at the ancient St. David Cathedral. She gave tribute to the Queen’s death anniversary with her sentimental jewellery.
Queen Elizabeth died at Balmoral Castle in Scotland at age 96 on Sept. 8, 2022, after a 70-year reign. During the service, Princess Kate stepped forward with her husband to place a bouquet of white flowers at a portrait of Queen Elizabeth. They were visibly moved, standing solemnly before the photo in silence.
The “act of reflection for accession day” included prayers in both Welsh and English. She politely took bouquets from the kids and greeted people with smiles. Later, Prince William followed her by greeting the people outside the church. It is reported that Prince Harry also visited Landon and St . George Chapel in Windsor, where he privately paid his respects to his late grandmother.
