Thalaivar’s Jailer can be called more than a success seeing the audience returning to theatres. The film is witnessing a phenomenal run at the box office since its release even in western and middle eastern markets.
Taking over Lokesh Kangaraj’s Vikram, Jailer crossed 244.85 crores domestically and 487.39 crores at the worldwide box office collections. On August 18, the movie surprisingly collected 17.22 crores at the box office. There’s no surprise if the film crosses 500 crores in tomorrow’s estimates.
On Opening day, the movie collected around 48.35 crores. On the second day, it earned around 25.7 crores but interestingly with a long weekend, the movie collected 35 crores on Saturday. The movie collected 109.10 crores collectively all over India.
Jailer directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar stars Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Mohan Lal, Yogi Babu, and Tamannah Bhatia in key roles. This is the third film that hit blockbuster collections world wide first two aso being Thalaiva’s films Kabali and 2.0.
