Viduthalai Part 1 is a Kollywood film that was directed by one of India’s most famous directors, Vetrimaaran. And produced by Elred Kumar under the banner of RS Infotainment. The film stars Vijay Sethupathi, Soori, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Rajiv Menon. This movie’s Tamil theatrical release was March 31, and the Telugu theatrical release was April 15.
It is an adaptation of B. Jeyamohan’s short story Thunaivan. Both in Tamil and Telugu, this movie was a commercial hit and garnered high marks from reviewers. A constable was portrayed by comedian-actor Soori. He performed it skillfully. As the master Perumal, Vijay Sethupathi also played a significant role in this movie. The music for this masterwork was composed by Indian maestro Ilaiyaraaja. Cinematography work done by Velraj.
The second portion of the movie hasn’t yet been released, This is the only first part of the film. Now the first part of the Telugu version of Viduthalai is streaming on Zee5. This film is another masterpiece from director Vetrimaaran.
