Song Kang to not be present at the upcoming SBS Awards

Song Kang’s recent show My Demon airs on SBS and streams on Netflix every Friday and Saturday. The show has been doing explicitly well, with soaring weekly ratings since its release.

The SBS Award show is one of the most reputed shows in South Korea; the network recently addressed the rumours circulating all over the internet regarding Song Kang. The actor was previously reported not to be present for the award function, which will be held at SBS Prism Tower on 29th December in Seoul at 5:30 pm IST. (8:40 pm KST)

The network took to state that the actor is currently adjusting his schedule as he had prior commitments; SBS’s team also noted that the viewers should watch the show to find out whether he will be a part of the show or not. Song Kang is currently busy with his work commitments as the actor will shortly join the mandatory military service of South Korea to fulfil his part of service for his country. The actor appears in the ongoing 16-episode series My Demon alongside Kim Yoo Jung; the actor revealed his last project before enlisting for the service is Sweet Home, which is also his next release; the series is slated to release in summer 2024.
