Richa Chadha is one of the few Bollywood actresses who is very selective with her scripts and is always vocal about how she takes on the craft and screenplay. The actress took to her Instagram to show appreciation for acclaimed director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Today marks a decade since the movie Goliyon Ki Raasleela, Ram-Leela. Featuring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. Richa Chadha also made her cameo in the film. The actress expressed her gratitude towards the director for having her in his film and upcoming web series Heeramandi.
In her Instagram post, Richa penned, “Happy 10 years of Ram Leela to all ! Gave us the best Jodi in Bollywood and gave me the opportunity to work with the great SLB as the Raseela Bhabhi! Please watch us reunite in Heera Mandi for some legit magic.”
The actress will soon be seen in Heeramandi, a web series helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. This show will delve into the intricacies of Courtesan’s lives in pre-independence India. The film has a star cast like Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Sheikh.
