Tanya Maniktala who appeared in A Suitable Boy created by Andrew Davis made it to the premier at the Toronto Film Festival and plays the lead role in the upcoming series P.I.Meena. The thriller detective drama’s trailer is out. The trailer shows the adventures of a private detective Meenakshi who upon learning one of her acquaintances didn’t pass away in an accident but was murdered. The female lead then learns that a biological weapon stole her husband Partho.
P.I. Meena encompasses themes like viruses, murder, conspiracy, and politics played in medical institutions. The trailer proves Meenakshi’s struggle to find out her husband’s murderer and the path doesn’t seem easy at all.
P.I.Meena directed by Debaloy Bhattacharya stars Tanya Maniktala as the leading lady. The series also features Parambrata Chatterjee, Jisshu Sengupta, Vinay Pathak, and Zarina Wahab in key roles. The series is scheduled to be released in November 2023.
