Tollywood actor and grandson of legendary actor Akkineni Nageshwara Rao, Sushanth Akkineni, is set to make his OTT debut with an interesting web series on the ZEE5 platform.
Susanth made his debut with the movie Kalidas. Though later he bagged some decent hits with movies like ‘Current’ and ‘Chi La Sow’, he hasn’t gained much popularity in Telugu film industry.
So, concentrating on the OTT platform, Susanth has signed a web series long back. Directed by Lakshmi Sowjanya of Varudu Kavalenu fame, this series rights were bagged by ZEE5.
Announcing the crazy title of this web-series, ZEE5 took to its Instagram and revealed that the title of the series is “Neella Tank”. Touted as a comedy-thriller, Sushanth is playing a cop called Vamsi in this series.
Bankrolled by Praveen Kolla of Kolla Entertainments, this OTT show also stars Lavanya Reddy Priya Anand, Nirosha Ratha, Divi Vadtthya, Vasu in crucial roles
