Akshay Kumar’s recent outing Samrat Prithviraj has proved to be a box office disaster as it earned just Rs 59 crore. Bankrolled with the budget of 200 crores, the film bagged a huge loss for producers and distributors.
The film’s shows in many theaters are also being cancelled due to zero occupancy. So the latest buzz is that Yash Raj Films has opted for an early premiere for the film on the leading platform Amazon Prime Video.
Marking the same, ‘Samrat Prithviraj’ is all set to make its OTT arrival. It is heard that the movie will stream from July 1st at 12.00 AM on Amazon Prime Video.
Produced by Yash Raj Films, the movie stars former Miss World Manushi Chhillar, who made her acting debut with this movie. The film is directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi.
