KrishnaVamsi’s Rangamarthanda OTT locked

Krishna Vamsi’s Rangamarthanda’ is set to be released in theatres in the middle of this month. In a recent chit-chat with the media, the renowned filmmaker Krishna Vamsi discusses the film, what inspired him to tackle such a difficult subject, his attitude on life, and more. Also, premiere shows got a very good response and people are excited about the film.

The recent buzz is that the film’s digital streaming rights are with the leading OTT platform, Amazon Prime Video. As per the sources, the OTT platform acquired the rights for a decent price. Also, it is heard that the film will be available for streaming only after two months after its release.

Rangamarthanda is a remake of the Marathi film Natasamrat, which was based on a play. Since the late 1960s, it has been a very successful play in the Marathi theatrical section. This film casts senior actors Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, and Brahmanandam in prominent roles. The leading production house Mythri Entertainments have acquired the worldwide theatrical distribution rights of the film. The banner, which distributed their ventures Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy this Sankranthi, also released small films recently.
