R. Madhavan and Juhi Chawla are prominent actors in the Indian film industry who have worked in numerous films but have never had a chance to work together. Recently, both actors collaborated on an OTT series, The Railway Men, based on the Bhopal gas tragedy.
The web series was well received, and the actors were appreciated for their performances. Recently, Netflix released a short video of the actors where Juhi Chawla explained her reason for joining the show, and Madhavan revealed his little secret to Juhi about his plans to get married to her.
The Three Idiots actor said, “Luckily, you said yes. I must tell you, I want to make a confession in front of everyone. When I watched Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, I told Mom, ‘I want to marry Juhi Chawla’. That was the only aim, to marry Juhi Chawla.’ He added that he could not work with her as she was on board when his shoot was completed.
The Railway Men is a web series based on the actual events of the Bhopal gas tragedy of 1984, starring Madhavan, Juhi Chawla, Kay Kay Menon, Divyenndu, and Babil Khan.
