The reality show hosted by Salman Khan this season launched on June 17th. Take a look at the interesting line-up of contestants:
1. Aaliya Siddiqui -Film producer and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife.
2. Palak Purswani – An Indian model, actress, and fashion designer. She is known predominantly for her role as Shweta in the TV serial Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke and her presence in Splitsvilla 7.
3. Avinash Sachdev – Ex-boyfriend of former contestant Palak. His claim to fame is Choti Bahu; others include Main Bhi Ardhangini and Ayushman Bhava.
4. Manisha Rani – A social media star from Bihar who enjoys quite the fan following across multiple social media platforms and Youtube.
5. Fukra Insaan – A widely popular gamer and YouTuber. Known especially for his challenge and dare videos.
6. Puneet Superstar – Another popular meme-based content creator
7. Akanksha Puri – Known for Swayamvar and Vighnaharta Ganesh. Along with her work, her personal life has also been a topic of conversation due to her breakup with Para Chhabra.
8. Jiya Shankar – An actress seen in popular shows on television including Meri Hanikarak Biwi, Queens Hain Hum, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Kaatelal & Sons, and Pishachini
9. Falaq Naaz – She has acted in shows like Gunahon Ka Devta, Dekha Ek Khwaab, Doli Armaano Ki, Roop-Mard Ka Naya Swaroop, and RadhaKrishn, among others, though her recent appearance in the news has been due to her brother Sheezan Khan, who was arrested for abetment of actress Tunisha Sharma’s suicide.
10. Bebika Dhurve – With a wide range of skills, the former Miss India contestant is also a dentist based in Mumbai, though she is known for her role in Bhagyalaxmi.
11. Jad Hadid – The highest-paid model in the Middle East
12. Cyrus Broacha – He is known for his shows like MTV Bakra and for being part of films like Jalwa, Little Zizou, and Roy. He is also the author of the books Aaj aur Kal and The Average Indian Male.
13. Pooja Bhatt – Actor director, and producer.
This show is simply a shorter format and can be viewed on OTT giant Jio Cinema. In the 5 days since its premiere, Puneet Kumar has been evicted from the house, the love triangle between Jad, Akanksha, and Manisha has been seen heating up; Aaliya cries as she misses her kids; and Falaq Naazz becomes the first captain of the house. This is shaping up to be an exciting season!
