After a disastrous failure with Agent, Akkineni Akhil is in confusion state of mind to start his next venture. The movie Agent was released with huge expectations, from the first show itself bagged massive negative talk. This made Akhil wait some more time to quench his hit taste.
Meanwhile, Akhil is ready to start his next film as soon as possible to get out of this failure. Some big names are surfing on social media to join hands with Akhil Akkineni. His father King Nagarajuna also not happy with Agent’s result. The powerhouse of Agent film, Anil Sunkara accepted his film’s failure through his social handle.
The film did an overall business of close to 38+ crores. On its first day, the film collected a gross of more than 5+ crore. With this unexpected scenario, the makers locked the digital date for the movie. The post-theatrical rights were bought by Sony Liv, one of the top lead OTT platforms in India.
Tollywood has a rule window of streaming a film on the OTT platform only after 28 days of theatrical release. But the film will air its premieres on May 19 (which is before the completion of 28 days) on Sony Liv.
