Geethu Mohandas will direct Yash’s next film. The actor-turned-director is known for the acclaimed film The Road, which also won her National Award. Yash 19 got the title name. The makers took to their social media handle to announce the title.
Yash 19 is called TOXIC, which is touted to be an action-oriented film on the backdrops of the drug mafia operating in the Goa region. The story of Toxic heavily relies on the content, and the makers are mounting a high budget on this project.
According to speculations, Sai Pallavi will be seen as the female lead in this film. However, nothing about the female lead is officially disclosed. Actor-turned-director Geethu Mohandas stayed away from the limelight since 2009 after she formed a production house with which she released her first feature Hindi film, Liar’s Dice, in 2014.
