Blue Beetle, 14 th superhero film in the DC Extended Universe(DCEU) directed by Charam City Kings fame Angel Manuel Soto from a screenplay by Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer, is trending on Twitter for its representation of Latino countries.
Most films’ leading cast Xolo Mariduena, Bruna Marquezine, George Lopez, Belissa Escobedo and most of the crew, are from Latin American Countries. Director Angel Manuel Soto is from Puerto Rico. This is the most diversified casting from DC Studios so far.
Zack Snyder show praises the Blue Beetle team for its representation and diverse casting. He posted the film poster and captioned ” looking forward to taking my kids to see Blue Beetle.# Representation Matters#BlueBeetle, and 15.9 million people view the post. Well, that is something DC Studios need to cherish. He got such a massive heart for promoting Dc studio films even after what they did to him.
It’s a loss to DC Studios and Warner Bros for removing him from the justice league. Blue Beetle is trending because of Zack Snyder’s Twitter post with the hashtag Representation Matters. His one post increased the hype for the film. He is such a selfless person and an incredible director. The film is set to release on August 18.
