Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who established herself as one of the most versatile actresses worldwide, is now making headlines for her real estate transactions.
Priyanka Chopra, who resides in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter and mother, has reportedly sold two Mumbai apartments in the Andheri suburb. These residences are located on the 9th floor of the Karan Apartment Tower in Lokhandwala.
The one on the higher floor, measuring around 860 sqft, was sold for 2.25 crore, while the second penthouse, featuring 1432 sqft, was sold for 3.75 crore, as stated in the documents concluded on October 23 and October 25.
The flats were sold to director and producer Abhishek Chaubey, who paid the total stamp duty charges of RS 36 lakhs. Recently, Ranveer Singh also sold his two flats at Oberoi Exquisite for an acquired amount of 15.25 crores.
Why are actors selling their properties? Reportedly, several actors have made real estate investments, and they resell when they think the price is higher and can be profitable. Ranveer Singh has purchased an apartment in Bandra near Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s house.
