Parted Ways Says Farhan
Don sequels are one the movie franchise loved by all the audience and especially SRK fans loved him seeing in the role of Don. Farhan Akhtar, the writer and director of Don made the announcement of SRK being replaced by Ranveer Singh in the upcoming Don 3, fans are utterly disappointed making it a trend to have SRK for Don 3.
Don 3 starring Ranveer Singh is all set to be the new don in the third instalment. Talking about replacing the actor, Farhan spoke to media sharing that he and SRK parted mutually. Adding the reason, “I’m not in the position of replacing anybody. These are things that we discussed over the years, I wanted to take a certain direction with the story, somehow we just couldn’t find common ground. We just parted mutually knowing that it’s probably for the best. So that’s where it is.”
Talking up about Ranveer Singh as the new Don, director continued “I’m really excited Ranveer’s on board. He’s so charged and so ready to go. It’s a big film, just purely from the point of view of an actor, it’s a big thing to do, and we’re really excited to have him on board. His energy is energizing us, so to speak.”
Don 3 shared a glimpse from the upcoming movie introducing Ranveer Singh as the new Don. The actor in his charismatic avatar delivered impactful dialogues that Don have always carried. The third installment will commence in 2025.
