Indian Idol 14
Indian Idol is the longest running singing reality show with countless successful seasons. The latest instalment, Indian Idol 13 had Neha Kakkar, Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani in the judges panel. Rishi Singh won against 6 competing contestants, with a cash prize and a car Brezza.
After that season ceased in April, the Indian Idol team is back with another season of musical madness. The selected judges for this season are Vishal Dadlani, Shreya Ghoshal and Kumar Sanu. Today, Vishal Dadlani took to his Instagram to share a glimpse of their first day into the season.
He captioned, “Here we go! A new season of music and madness begins, this time with the legendary @kumarsanuofficial and my eternal Guplu @shreyaghoshal! #IndianIdol14”
Driving back to Indian Idol‘s history, Vishal Dadlani and Shreya Ghoshal last appeared together as judges for Indian Idol Junior Season 1. In the second season, only Jhoome Jo Pathaan singer Vishal Dadlani continued. In season 10, 11, and 12 and 13, too, Besharam Rang music composer Vishal Dadlani stood his ground in the judges panel.
After the first season of IIJ, this is Shreya Ghoshal’s second time in the show. Kumar Sanu marks his debut into Indian Idol with season 14.
The show will start airing on television from October.
