Varisu, one of the most eagerly anticipated movies from Thalapathy Vijay, will debut in theatres on January 12. According to official sources, Varisu and Vaarasudu sold an upright amount of Pre-release tickets. In the United Kingdom (UK), in both languages, Varisu and Vaarasudu sold more than 12,500 tickets via four theatre chains, Cineworld, Odeon, Showcase and Vue. This film appears to have had Thalapathy Vijay’s best opening weekend ever.

After the official announcement regarding pre-release tickets, fans started to predict the box office collection as well as some assumed that this might be Vijay’s biggest hit of his career so far.
The film was produced by Dil Raju and Sirish through Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema, with Vamshi Paidipally directing and co-writing the script with Hari and Ashishor Solomon. Thaman S. is the composer of the music. Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna are the movie’s stars.
