Actor Vijay Varma is currently enjoying the success of his recently released webseries Dahaad’. It is a crime, mystery, thriller web series in which Vijay played the role of a psycho killer who does that by seducing women and Sonakshi Sinha is the leading lady of the series. The series is gaining good responses and positive reviews.
Now, Vijay Varma is all set to attend the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. Many started saying that this is his first time attending the festival after ten years of making his debut film Monsoon Shootout. Vijay tweeted regarding this, the tweet read, ‘Not my first time. The first time was in 2013 with my film Monsoon Shootout. I’m going after a decade’ along with his picture clicked at the festival. Fans got surprised after knowing that he got to attend the event for his debut film itself.
Monsoon Shootout is an action thriller film directed by Amit Kumar and it stars Vijay Varma, Geetanjali Thapa, Sreejita De, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Tannishtha Chatterjee in the lead roles. The film received positive reviews and the storyline and the acting was appreciated.
