Vijay Devarakonda is all set to release his upcoming film Liger next month. Marking the same, Vijay Deverakonda attended the Liger trailer launch event in Mumbai by wearing simple yet sparkling slippers.
Surprisingly, this casual footwear caught everyone’s attention including Ranveer Singh, who attended the event as chief guest.
Revealing about this, Vijay Devarakonda’s stylist Harmann Kaur in a recent interview revealed that the slippers worn by Vijay Devarakonda are just Rs.199.
“Vijay wants to stay close to the character he plays in the film Liger. So, only he thought of giving an underdog look even in the promotions”, the stylist added.
Talking further she said that while Vijay asked her to give him those slippers for the Mumbai event, she was initially hesitant but later got convinced herself by having confidence in Devarakonda as he knows how to pull off everything and make a fashion statement with whatever he does. She added that she was happy now as his outfit and styling got a huge response from the media and fans.
