The Vijay Devarakonda is a name that needs no introduction all over India. He gained fans with his unique kind of acts, attitude, fashion and movies. Vijay who initially proved his talent as a theatre artist made his debut in movies with Nuvvila in 2011. Later he again portrayed a small character in Shekar Kammula’s Life is Beautiful in 2012. Following these two he was roped as the second lead role in Yevade Subramanyam in 2015 which gained him critical acclaim for his role Rishi.
In the next year, he was seen as Prashanth in Pelli Choopulu and impressed everyone with his comedy timing and portrayed the character of a carefree middle-class guy at the next level. A neat and calm-going Vijay gained a mass following and received stardom with the massive success of his cult classic Arjun Reddy directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Hereafter there is no stopping him and his movies Getta Govindam, Dear Comrade and Taxiwala also proved that he was not limited to certain characters and roles.
Apart from movies, Vijay is also known for his charity works. He launched a Non-Profit Organisation called The Devarakonda Foundation and helped many during the Pulama Attacks and covid lockdowns.
Today, as he was celebrating his 33rd birthday, even though he was busy shooting Kushi, he wanted to celebrate this birthday with his fans. So Vijay launched a few Ice cream trucks in the cities like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, and Kochi along with this he also gave a 60% discount on all his Rowdy products starting from 12 am today and till the stock lasts.
