The Bulbul actress, Triptii Dimri, is one of the fittest actresses. The actress previously suggested what she eats and does to be appropriate and shared her go-to meal. Read to know more.

Triptii shares that she starts her day by consuming two large glasses of water; the actress suggested that she is a chai lover and earlier preferred having Tea 7 times a day; she then stated,” I cannot even my eyes so I need chai.”. She mentioned that she then devoured some fruits as she didn’t prefer any food made of oil.She then works out as she believes her body has more energy in the morning. After sweating for a while, the actress makes herself a protein shake by adding some fruits; Triptii makes sure that she has one fruit a day. The actress loves rice, and she also loves pickles. She mentioned that she takes a proper meal as it is the critical meal of the day. Then has a light dinner, “Probably some soup, veggies or dal chawal.” said the actress.

Triptii Dimri also suggested that she needs a break now and then as every individual needs to be good to themselves, and every 10-12 days, the actress prefers to take a break and prefers to have a cheat meal. Recently appeared in Ranbir’s Animal in a crucial role; the Laila Majnu actress appeared in various commendable roles. Triptii is known for her horror and layered roles in films like Qala and Bulbul.
