Siddharth Anand to get Rs 40 crore to direct Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan starrer Tiger Vs Pathan movie.
Ayan Mukerji has recently been announced to be directing “War 2.” And now, sources have stated that Siddharth Anand will direct the significant crossover from the spy universe of YRF. “Aditya Chopra has great faith in Siddharth Anand to provide a magnificent visual extravaganza with Tiger vs. Pathaan that has never been seen before. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are joining forces for the first time since Karan Arjun, and Siddharth will receive all the support he needs to make Tiger vs. Pathaan is the biggest movie India has ever made, according to a seasoned trade source who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
“Aditya Chopra has immense trust in Siddharth Anand to deliver a grand visual spectacle that has never been seen before with Tiger vs Pathaan,” a report in Deadline cited a trade source as saying. The report further added, “Siddharth is getting a dream cast of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan coming together for their first full fledged film since Karan Arjun and Siddharth will also be given all the support he needs to mount Tiger vs Pathaan as the biggest film that India has ever produced.” Tiger vs Pathaan will be the first full-length feature film to bring YRF Spy Universe’s two heroes together. While Shah Rukh Khan entered the blockbuster franchise with Pathaan, Salman Khan has been a part of Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai and will be seen in Tiger 3 this Diwali. The film is expected to go on floors in January 2024 and will be released on Eid 2025.
