‘Tiger 3’ box office collection Day 7: Still needs to earn breakeven.

Salman Khan’s’ Tiger 3′ is directed by Maneesh Sharma from the YRF SPY franchise and was released in theatres on November 12. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s ‘Tiger 3’ is witnessing a good run at the box office.

The action entertainer ‘Tiger 3′  was one of the year’s most anticipated films and opened with great reviews. The box office numbers dropped on Day 6, and the weekend again became a boon for the film. As per early estimates, the film collected Rs 17 crore on Day 7 with an overall 21 percent occupancy. This took the total tally to Rs 217.9 crore in its first week. The latest release had opened at Rs 44.5 crore on the first day. It collected a massive Rs 59.25 crore on Day 2, however, the numbers dropped, with the lowest single-day collection recorded on Day 6, which was Rs 13.25 crore. We cannot expect much on November 19 because of the ongoing World Cup final.

The action film Tiger 3’ was made on an estimated budget of Rs 300 crore, making it the most expensive project of Yash Raj Films. The film collected Rs 217.9 crore and  needs to earn enough to break even.
